Partnerships

  • Dunning & Partners worked with a New York City museum in the period leading up to a landmark anniversary, helping to identify prospective corporate partners, envisaging unique and mutually beneficial partnerships, and approaching prospective partners to negotiate and agree deals.

    This engagement resulted in four corporate partnerships that generated revenue in the high six figures for the museum.

  • Dunning & Partners worked with a New York-based non-profit organisation with a global presence, helping to close a landmark multi-year funded partnership with a heritage luxury brand. This engagement involved agreeing the benefits and recognition that the partner would receive, negotiating a fee, formalising a contract, and advising on the ongoing stewardship of the partnership.

    This engagement resulted in six-figure revenue for the organisation.

Strategy

  • Dunning & Partners worked with a leading global heritage organisation to develop a vision for corporate fundraising, and to devise a strategy for realising this vision. This engagement involved interviewing key stakeholders to formulate a collective vision for corporate fundraising, observing current practice to understand capacity for improvement, identifying solutions that are both impactful and deliverable, and developing a plan for implementation with clear and measurable goals.

    This engagement resulted in a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy and a 12-month implementation plan that Dunning & Partners is heiping to execute.

  • Dunning & Partners worked with a family foundation to develop a five-year vision and strategy. This engagement involved working closely with the founders across six distinct stages, with deliverables at the end of each stage.

    This work resulted in a comprehensive vision document that detailed the foundation’s mission, vision, and prioritised goals for 2024 and beyond, as well as a step-by-step plan for implementing those goals.

Projects

  • Dunning & Partners worked with an art collector to set up an artist residency programme in partnership with an education charity in South Africa. This engagement involved advising the client on best practice, developing a vision that would support artists and serve the charity’s mission, and delivering a comprehensive project plan that could be implemented on the ground.

  • Dunning & Partners worked with a UK charity that brings art and creative programming to mental health hospitals, helping them establish an in-kind relationship with a media business to advertise its mission and upcoming fundraising initiative on billboards across the country. This project generated awareness and engagement for the charity, and provided the media business with employee engagement and education experiences.
